"Didine" is a weird movie. I think that the story is flop, not really interesting. The preview promised something great but I was really disappointed.
It talks about the life of an ordinary woman who visibly hasn't a very exciting life. After various events including the attempted suicide of her best friend, this principal character begins to change. She stumbles upon an association which help seniors called "La main tendue" and decides to integrate it. This opportunity allows her to meet and discover various characters: some astonishing seniors and their circle, lovely members of the association… All these people change Didine's way of life and she finally falls in love with the nephew of a very unpleasant senior.

It began pretty well and I would have preferred that the movie ends at this moment, but unfortunately, the director has decided otherwise ... Too bad!!!Thus Muriel, Didine's best friend, commits suicide. The sweet and soulful movie became sad and morbid. Didine cuckolds the man she really loves without explanation. The end is long, cumbersome and very disappointing.
To be honest, after the first hour, I was bored. However, the actors play very well but it isn’t sufficient. The story is strange. For me, there is a lack of action. I think you can wait for this movie to come out on DVD or even television.
